1 / Payment

Please note that upon requesting a service, you MUST pay a 50% non-refundable deposit beforehand. The rest can be sent after the service is completed and the customer is satisfied. The watermark will be removed once the final payment is complete. I accept Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cashapp.

2 / File Revisions

Packages typically include 2-3 rounds of revision. Additional revisions are billed at $10-$ 20 per round, depending on their complexity.

3 / Cancellations & Refunds

If the client cancels the project after work begins, the deposit is non-refundable. If the designer cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial refund will be issued based on work completed. No refunds are provided once final files have been delivered.

6 / Communication & Availability

Communication is conducted via email or agreed-upon messaging apps. Designer responded within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Revisions are generally returned with 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.

7 / Project Timeline

Project timelines vary depending on scope and will be outlined in the quote. Timeline starts once the deposit and content (text, images, etc.) are received. Delays caused by late feedback, missing content, or indecision may result in adjusted deadlines. Rush fees (25%-50%) may apply to projects needed in less than 5 business days.

8 / File Delivery

Final files will be delivered via email, Google Drive, or Dropbox.

4 / Ownership & Copyright

Designer retains copyright of original concepts not selected. Upon final payment, the client receives: full usage rights for the final design, editable and print-ready files (if included in the package). Designer retains the right to display the work in portfolios, social media, and marketing unless otherwise agreed.

5 / Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary texts, images, and instructions before the project begins. Clients must review proofs carefully. Final approval confirms accuracy. Any rework due to overlooked errors after approval may incur extra fees.

9 / Scope Creep

The original quote covers only what is outlined in the proposal or package. Additional requests outside the agreed scope will require a new quote.

10 / Confidentiality

All client materials and conversations are kept confidential. If an NDA is required, the client must provide it before the start of work.
